Polaris: Polaris, also known as the North Star, is a bright star located in the constellation Ursa Minor. It is approximately 430 light years away from us and is used for navigation as it appears to remain stationary in the sky while other stars rotate around it. Polaris is also a triple star system, consisting of Polaris A, Polaris B, and Polaris Ab.
